Beer Store

Trail Overview

Beer Store is a great trail to cruise on. There are no real difficulties on this trail unless there is a random tree limb down. This hard-packed track features dirt, loose rock, and sometimes water runoff forming a small creek. Beer Store begins at Flat Access and ends at Rally Run. During the spring and summer months, this trail is covered in vegetation, and in the winter and fall, it features bare stands of timber.

Difficulty

During the dry weather, this trail can be completed in a 2WD vehicle, but when wet, it can pose a challenge for some.

History

Beer Store got its name from the small general store on Highway 9 that used to sell beer and other conveniences, and this was the primary route to and from the store. This store is no longer open.
