Trail Overview
Bar 37 is a delightful trail, compared to the two trails further north. If you start on this trail, enjoy it, because the next two won't be as smooth as Bar 37. Somewhat rocky and downhill, this trail's southern section is nothing short of a delight, bobbing through the towering ponderosa pines of the Prescott National Forest. There is some erosion on this trail, as well as sneaky rocks in the trail that might cause a sudden bump or two if you're not paying attention. There are a few ledges as well, but nothing that is a trip-ender. With campsites nestled in the trees, this trail is a beautiful representation of the forest. Turkey, deer, and elk are in the area, so keep your eyes peeled. There is no cell service on this trail, so offline maps are a must.
