Trail Overview
The trail starts right off Stoneman Lake Road. After heavy rain, the entrance can get pretty bumpy. The trail itself is mostly easy, with just one rocky section when you first turn left heading toward Blind Lake Tank. There are some great camping spots with lots of space for larger groups. The best time to go is right after the snow melts and before it gets too hot in the summer.
