Trail Overview
This bumpy route leads from the primary residential and RV park area in NE Yuma. Out to the open BLM playground. There's a ton to do out here, from easy to challenging trails, rock, sand, and hill climbs. There's a large established informal shooting area with plenty of Bermed hills to work with in addition to some long-range areas. The skies are alive with military activity, and the desert is full of life. Be sure to watch for roadrunners, coyotes, and desert tortoises. There are three bars of 5G Verizon cell service and dispersed camping almost everywhere you look. Be advised that the first section of the trail is AZ Land Trust, and an inexpensive permit can be purchased online for a year of access per vehicle. Please stick to the trail in this section.
