Trail Overview
The Dog Point trail is a narrow trail that at times guarantees paint damage to your rig. Dirt and rock, this trail is mellow with no major obstacles. There is no service on this trail, so offline maps are recommended. The campsite at the end has a rocky point where you can walk out to see the stunning views of the Tonto Plateau below. Along this trail, there are some wider meadow-type spaces with primitive campsites.
