Trail Overview
Dog Saddle is a long, wide, smooth gravel trail through the dense forest of aspen and ponderosa pine trees in this area of the Kaibab National Forest. With no obstacles, this trail is a great access trail to many spurs that jut off of it into the woods. The trail has no cell service and ends at a campsite on Tater Point. There was extensive forest work by both fire teams and maintenance personnel at the time of recording, and it appears to be a main route, so slow speeds are encouraged. Always follow a flagger's directions for your own protection.
