Trail Overview

FDR 1811 is one of many sandy wash roads available in the Rolls OHV off-road area, comprised primarily of sand and flowing turns. The route is an alternative connection between FDR 1813 and FDR 13. This trail has been re-routed east of its original track for restoration efforts. Flash flooding and inclement weather may drastically impact this route. Monitoring conditions is advised. Difficulty

Primarily sand and some dirt, 1811 is a relatively easy drive through the Rolls area, providing access between routes in the area. Proceed with caution, as the route can be one vehicle wide at times, including in some sharp, blind turns where oncoming vehicles may be encountered.

Access Description

Taking MT-M0002 from the Probrecito entrance to Rolls OHV is the most direct route to 1811. Access is typically limited by a closed gate at the Butcher Jones Access Area. Access may also be gained of of Beeline Highway, HWY 87, via the Rolls OHV Trailhead east.
