Trail Overview
The FR 76 Trail is an amazing trail that traverses the beautiful Ponderosa Pine forest of the Kaibab National Forest. There are campsites along this trail, mostly toward the Southern end, with a few primitive and smaller ones mixed in throughout the trail. This trail has some erosion and water damage along it, but other than that there are no major obstacles. There is a section of trail that becomes a shelf road next to a drop-off into a wash or water drainage, but nothing that is too gnarly. Overall this trail is a great way to take a break and get back into nature.
