Friche's Loop

Trail Overview

Friche's Loop is a windy flowing trail, with only two areas that might prove problematic. These two wash crossings have steep entrances and exits and could be hazardous after a rain or snow event. There is no cell service on this trail, so offline maps are a must. The southwestern end of this trail goes through a recently logged area, with a small homestead/cattle area that deserves a bit of caution--the trees have been ground down, but you still can't see the hazards below the shredded trees. Popular with hunters, don't be surprised to see camps or game passing through the area.
