Trail Overview
Forest Road 9469R is just short of 2 miles long and traverses around a small hill. The trail starts as a maintained road but changes quickly to a dirt road that gets rockier as you travel farther. As you ride this trail, watch out for large rocks on the trail's surface that may sneak up on you if you're not paying attention. This trail would be much more difficult if there were any recent precipitation. Several places on this trail have ruts from rain/snow runoff, making for a very uneven road. At the end of this trail is a handful of downed trees that mark the end of this road. High-clearance 4x4s and full-width 4x4 vehicles may have trouble turning around at the end of this trail. Paint damage will be unavoidable for larger 4x4 vehicles.
