Trail Overview
This is an unmarked ATV trail starting from the DW Ranch Road exit of I-40 near Kingman, Arizona. It's a mix of sand wash and hard pack dirt with loose rock. There are three segments of the ATV trail, separated by short segments of jeep road in between. The beginning and end of the trail are both through a sandy winding wash. The wash has both smooth sections and rocky sections and is pretty wide with fun winding turns. The middle section of the trail is more hard-pack dirt with loose rock, and there is one rocky loose downhill that makes this trail a 3-4 rating for an ATV rather than a 2. The trail goes through a couple of fenced areas for cattle that you need to close the gate behind you for. The trail dead ends at a barbed wire fence and routes you around the fence to get to a dirt road. This trail is mostly easy and would be fun for playing around camp if camped nearby in the BLM land, or for beginners.
