Loop Road N. serves as a great access point to the Kaibab National Forest, South of I-40 between Ash Fork and Williams, AZ. This beautiful winding road goes from the forests of Ponderosa Pine to the open meadows that dot the higher elevations. You'll find dozens of campsites along this route, with most large enough for 5th wheel-sized trailers. A popular ingress for hunters, this area is well-traveled, with 2 bars of LTE. Beware not to take the road too quickly, as multiple water crossings dot this trail at creek crossings, runoff and washes that dot the wilderness.
