Trail Overview
This cutover trail offers a little bit of everything. Some fun and challenging transitions through washes. Take the easy way or the hard way. There are some wide-open sprints. A few offshoots trails with spots and fire rings to camp. And a few of the historical survey markers. There is even one from 1943! Can you find it? There are plenty of saguaros out here, and they all look pretty healthy. This route is a great option to access some of the area's deeper, more remote trails. Keep your eye out for Mule Deer and even Tarantulas crossing the path. A few bars of LTE Verizon service are near the middle of the area. None along the edges or in the valleys.

Difficulty
Mostly easy, but a very fun wash crossing near the beginning can be driven the easy way, or one can get all crossed up taking the difficult way. Otherwise, there are the usual deep washouts and short sandy sections that one will expect to find out here.
