Trail Overview
The Oro No Go Trail is named for the locked gate to the Oro Ranch at the far south end of this trail. A mellow out-and-back trail, there are no obstacles on this trail, though there might be a sneaky rock or two. The surrounding prairie is a beautiful respite from the hustle and bustle of city life, and if you're looking to slow down and enjoy the vast expanse of the Prescott National Forest, this is the spot. Along this trail you might see cows grazing, prairie dogs yipping, and antelope enjoying the long grasses.
