Trail Overview
This wide, gentle, short connector trail doubles as a cross-country ski trail during the winter months (provided there is sufficient snow). Closer to the Northern terminus, near the Grandview Lookout Tower, you'll find large, primitive, pull-through campsites suitable for 5th wheel and travel trailers. Local fauna includes Ponderosa Pines, Juniper, and Pinon Pines. You might see elk, cattle, and deer grazing on the grasses between trees on this trail.
