Trail Overview
The Spring Valley Cutoff trail is an interesting trail that showcases the beautiful variance of the ecosystem that makes up this area of the Kaibab National Forest. The trail has no obstacles on it, and also has one bar of service, so offline maps are recommended. The terrain goes from the towering ponderosa pine trees to the shorter, more dense juniper trees and scrub brush that makes up much of Arizona. Cattle are grazing in the area, so caution is urged.
