Trail Overview
This is one of the offshoots of the Locket Meadow Trail. It's mostly a Forest Service road, but it does become narrow in some places. It climbs up and then descends back down. The terrain is not complicated, yet it's not a fast trail to trek. It has exposed rocks, roots, and some ruts, but none are complicated. Just take the time and air down before heading off. It's really a nice adventure. You will see scrubs, aspen trees, and of course, big pines.

Difficulty
This isn't difficult at all, but you should air down if possible to help with the ride. It's a washboard road at first, then it becomes a little rocky with some exposed roots.
