Trail Overview
The road to White Pocket stretches for nearly 10 miles. It is nearly all sand from start to finish. When the sand is shallow, the road is bumpy due to the washboard hard pack underneath. There are several pockets of very deep sand all along the way. Make sure your vehicle is in 4WD before hitting these pockets of sand, as the the vehicle will need to accelerate to maintain momentum to clear the deep sand. The area is mostly covered in Sage Brush and Cedar trees.
