Trail Overview

This short ride provides some beautiful views of the Teton Mountains, lakes, and local meadows. Depending upon the time of year, there will be flowers and deep green grasses. Later in the year, the Quaking Aspen trees are full of color. While the trail gets you to the Continental Divide, much of the fun along the Continental Divide has been blocked by BLM. There is still plenty to see on this track if you take the time to stop on the short side trails that lead to beautiful overlooks. Not accessible in winter.

Difficulty

The trail is somewhat rutted and rocky. This is a favorite area for hunters so they use it to get into position for their hunts. It is also run by numerous people shortly after a rain storm resulting in some deeply rutted areas.
