Trail Overview
This trail begins at the end of the Peterson Creek Road. It is suitable for use only by 50" ATVs and dirt bikes. The first half mile of this trail consists of a very long, steep, rocky climb that requires significant technical skill. On this long, unbroken climb there are several ledges that have to be bumped over that require technical skills to complete safely. After that steep climb, the trail levels out somewhat and winds through some large whitebark pine stands alternating with open grassy areas that provide spectacular panoramic views. The trail intersects the Continental Divide at an elevation of 9,462 ft.
