Trail Overview
Brevort-Trout Lake Motorcycle Trail East is a dirt bike-specific trail that runs north-south between the towns of Brevort and Trout Lake, Michigan. This stretch of trail is made up of some of the tightest single track that can be found within the state of Michigan. The trail is often hard to distinguish from the surrounding terrain. When the ferns are in full growth (late spring through early summer), it is likely that there will be portions of the trail that will be lost under the foliage. Expect stumps, rocks, and other unseen obstacles throughout the trail. Lots of small rocks and overgrown pricker bushes add to the general challenge of this section. You can expect black dirt and shallow sand for optimal traction.

Difficulty
This trail is very tight and difficult to manage a bike under speed. The trail is a joy to ride, but look out for the stumps, rocks, and other obstacles that may be trying to pull your bike down. At times you may not be able to see more than a few inches of the trail at a time. But rest assured, it is there somewhere.
