Trail Overview
Little Brushy Ridge (FSR 3797) is a forest service road branching off Kelly Ridge (FSR 3075). Initially, it is a well-maintained gravel road for the first 3/4 of the trail, suitable for all vehicle types without concern. At this point, an open area appears where the trail veers to the right. This area accommodates 2-3 vehicles for camping or a lunch stop. Continuing past this open area, the trail narrows significantly, and maintenance decreases. Vehicles should be equipped with 4x4 capabilities and pinstripes from brush/trees are likely. The final 1/4 of the trail consists of a natural forest floor with small dips and shallow water/mud collection points.
