Trail Overview
The Nevada-Ogden road is an thrilling, yet easy route that can be used to explore the Helena National Forest. While it is not routinely maintained, it sees enough seasonal use to be in good general condition. Just about any vehicle could be used to enjoy this trail with no fear of extreme terrain or damage. Stunning views of the lush hay meadows of the Nevada Valley make this a great place to escape the summer heat and have a mountain picnic. Dispersed camping spots are easily found. In the summer, keep a sharp eye out for delicious Huckleberries. This is a popular trail for ATV and Side by Sides so be careful around the corners.
