Trail Overview
Storage begins as a dirt road and then frequently changes to a rocky surface before eventually becoming primarily rock. This out and back trail is a spur off Rocky/FS521 and will be easily completed by most 4x4s. Rutting is present in a few of the areas that are primarily dirt some of which is mildly off-camber. There are a few low areas where shallow water crossings may be possible after rain, but expect these areas to be extremely muddy or washed out as there are signs of recent repair and maintenance. There are a few rock gardens later in the trail but no obstacles larger than 10". This trail also has several areas for dispersed camping early on where the terrain is flatter and flora is less dense. The route is primarily single-vehicle wide with plenty of room to pass if needed. Cell service in the area is in and out with stronger signal toward the end of the trail after ascending onto the hills.
