Trail Overview

Dive deep into the untapped wilderness of the Adirondack State Park, just minutes away from the town of Old Forge. This trail consists of smooth dirt and gravel sections, with plenty of mud spots and camping spots. The difficulty is an easy 2 out of 10 and can be done in 2WD with a stock Jeep or truck with all-terrain tires (depending on rainfall). Where the trail lacks in difficulty, it makes up in beautiful views and potential for wildlife spotting. Some important things to note: this is a snowmobile trail and is only open to vehicles in the summer until the beginning of the hunting season. Trail conditions can change drastically depending on rainfall.
