Trail Overview
The only way to get to Nastier Half is to have come up Nasty Half. If you think that was tough, wait until you see this 130-yard 9-of-10-rated trail that will lead you out of the wash up to high ground. The first 50 yards is the only breather you will get exiting this wash. This is the perfect time to get out and take a stretch before attacking the Nastier Half. As you come up the wash bear right up the Nastier Half, bearing left is the approach to Nastiest Half. There is no specific line up Nastier Half as all of the rubber left on the trail will attest. Pick the line and start the climb. Welcome to the Nastier Half.
