Trail Overview
The White Crack Trail is a spur trail off of the White Rim Trail in Canyonlands. The White Rim Trail (and White Crack) require a permit to access this trail. The White Crack Trail is mostly hard-packed dirt, with a few ruts from rainstorms and mud. There are a few rocky sections, but pretty tame in comparison to some sections of the White Rim Trail. White Crack is unique as it has a lone campsite at the end of the trail and a bathroom. This is a reserve-only campsite (via your permit). Many people skip White Crack because they do not have the campsite reserved, however, I would still venture down this path, as the views at the end of White Crack are absolutely stunning.

Difficulty
There are some ruts that were caused by a big rainstorm, mud, and a vehicle pushing through the mud, there are also a few rock ledges that you will have to navigate or potentially go around.
