Trail Overview

This 1.9 mile point-to-point trail starts at the front of Evans Creek OHV area and ends at the campground. The entrance of the trail has a large boulder to get around, either left or right. Right side is off-camber, left side is between two boulders but passable by most 4WD vehicles. There are several steep grades along this trail with loose rocks. There are several optional obstacles along this trail.

Several short, steep grades with loose rocks. Uneven and rutted dirt trail with off-camber sections. Rock obstacles up to 18" in height. Optional obstacles along trail that are more difficult but have bypasses.

History

Evans Creek Trailhead provides access to 40 miles of combined 4WD and motorcycle/quad trails of varying difficulty.

Access Description

From Buckley, WA take State Highway 165 south for about 18 miles toward Wilkeson and Carbonado. The entrance to the ORV area is on the left (north) side of the road.
