Trail Overview
Once upon a time, this route was a paved road. But that pavement is progressively fading back into the Earth. Once upon a time, this road lead up and into part of the Olympic National Forest, but now there is a cement barricade that cuts the trail short. Beyond that barricade are downed trees and it seems they just no longer clear it. Downed trees/limbs and fallen rocks are present on the way up. You'll pass a few small waterfalls tucked away in the trail curves. It's ultimately a short, easy, out-and-back experience.
