Trail Overview
This trail is difficult to follow until one realizes that occasionally there are white markers indicating the direction of the trail. This is an excellent section for most of the southern area of it. Nice gravel eventually gives way to powdery rutted sections that collect tumbleweeds well. Use caution, as some deep ruts are hidden below the piles of rolling plants. One camping spot was noticed near the beginning while outside the Air Force property. There is no cell service here, so download your offline maps before exploring this vast and remote area.
