Trail Overview
This trail starts out as a wide sandy wash. It narrows early after a few dispersed camping sites then transitions to a very whooped out section of hardpack. As the trail progresses further into the mountains, it reveals a massive network of single-track trails. It's not actually in the OHV area, so be sure to check with a ranger if this area is under any additional protection. The trail ends at an amazing overlook of the valley below. There are lots of Joshua trees and hiking and Equestrian access to the Golden Vally wilderness area. LTE 2 bars service. Don't forget to pack for desert travel with lots of water and be aware summertime temperatures are extreme.
