Trail Overview
This cut-across from East Edwin Road to East Cochise Springs Road is a nice 4x4 track that leads you to many more remote campsites and to the "Badlands" loop trail system for mountain bikes. The trail takes you through some beautiful Sonoran desert vistas and past some side trails with their own flat campsite locations with views of Mt. Lemmon and the Tortolitas. The trail is relatively easy, but just difficult enough to stop the larger van or RV Trailer campers from accessing.

Difficulty
This trail is relatively easy and accessible by stock high-clearance 4x4 vehicles. The trail has some tight spots and a couple rock step-ups that would likely limit access to RVs, un-lifted vans, or larger tow-behind trailers. Mud puddles can become an issue after it rains.
