Trail Overview
This easy, wide, well-maintained dirt trail connects Bullhead City to the historic town of Oatman. The trail is graded regularly and is wide enough for two vehicles to pass. One section goes through a mountain pass. A slightly narrower section in the middle of the pass is closer to one vehicle wide. Otherwise, the entire trail is two vehicles wide. There are lots of mines off of this trail as well as many UTV and 4x4 trails off of this main trail that look fun to explore. There is a large, active mine within a few miles of Bullhead City. Watch for large trucks entering and exiting this mine and driving on the trail. Outside of Bullhead City, multiple pull-offs are used for target shooting. There are a few campsites as well with fire rings. There is 5G cell service at most of these camping areas. Pack in and pack out all trash. The area closer to Bullhead has lots of trash left from target shooting. This area can also get extremely hot in the summer months. Bring extra water and supplies if traveling during the summer.
