Trail Overview
This trail could be described as the road less traveled. It is very tight in places, causing worse-than-average "Arizona pinstripes." There are several spots where the washout of the trail is fairly deep and will need spotting depending on the width of your vehicle and skill level. The spot that gives this trail its rating, though, is one switchback section that is caving off the side of the ledge. Someone has put in stakes to secure a winch. Extreme caution and experience are recommended for this portion of the trail.
