Trail Overview
This short 4-mile trail goes through the Prescott National Forest just southwest of Granite Mountain. The entire 4 miles of this trail are easy-going and it is a well-maintained gravel road. There are several camp spots along this road and an area for recreational shooting. This road also gives you access to Contreras Trailhead, which is a popular destination for hikers. There are lots of granite rock formations along the side of this road which makes for very nice scenery.
