Trail Overview
County Highway 125 - Route 7000 parallels Highway 93 and is a point-to-point connector route from Mineral Park Road to Cerbat Crest trail. It is a narrow, single-vehicle-wide trail that is unmaintained and has a few small obstacles peppered throughout the three miles. Several wash crossings will be encountered. A couple have little steep climbs in/out of the washes, so some clearance on the vehicle is useful. Avoid this trail in wet or flash flood conditions, as those washes may become impassable. Rocky patches and mild erosion damage are found along the route, but nothing that is too difficult or requires 4x4. There are many offshoot trails along the way. There is cell phone coverage as well as a geological survey marker found halfway through.
