Trail Overview
Hunters View is named for the amazing view available in all directions. There are no major obstacles on this trail, aside from some sneaky rocks that jut out just when you're getting comfortable with this incredible trail. This trail goes from the meadow to the woods of ponderosa pine. In the long grasses of this huge meadow, you might see elk, deer, antelope, and cattle. At times this trail can have rocky sections, but for the most part, it is dirt. There is no service in this area of the Kaibab National Forest, so offline maps are a must.

Difficulty
This is an unmaintained trail through a meadow. There are no major obstacles, but there are sneaky rocks that are mid-trail that might give you pause. One "lane" wide, there is plenty of room to pass on the sides of the trail. This trail is unmaintained and used by hunters, so conditions may change with use and after a moisture event.
