Trail Overview
The Northview Cutoff is a beautiful, wide trail that starts in the Ponderosa Pine Forest outside of Williams, AZ. If you're looking for a nice drive in the country on an easy trail, this would be a great start! Wide enough for two vehicles almost all of the way through, this dirt and rock road offers expansive vista views the further West you head. Closer to Williams, there are many campsites that are large enough to pull 5th wheels through, most with primitive rock fire rings. This is fire country, so please follow the local fire guidelines and restrictions. There is occasional tractor-trailer traffic on this trail, so caution is urged, but you wouldn't want to race down this road anyway, as there are a few erosion/wash crossings that pop up. That being said, there are no obstacles on this trail, so take it easy and enjoy the drive!
