Trail Overview

This trail has varying difficulty. There is an expert-level rock garden a couple of hundred feet long at the big hill climb, but otherwise, it's a level 4 difficulty. The rock garden has off-camber obstacles; higher clearance is recommended, as stock-height vehicles will likely get rocker damage. There are amazing views from the very top of the hill but sheer drop-offs in a few places. Beware of attempting to turn around unless you are in a safe spot.

Difficulty

The trail is a 4 if you omit the rock garden, which is the riskiest part of the run. Otherwise, it is mostly sandy terrain with some deep water erosion ruts that are 10 inches deep in a few places but manageable with 4x4.

History

This is an easement for high tension powerlines.
