Trail Overview
The RS Roundabout trail is a jaunt through the majestic Ponderosa Pines that dominate this section of the Kaibab National Forest. The trail has some erosion and water damage on it, as well as some mud ruts. There are a few wash crossings that might prove challenging after a rain event or during monsoon season. There is a steep rutted off-camber hill climb that might give some travelers pause, but have no fear, it's not that bad, and is the only harrowing feature on the trail. Sections of this trail are on a cross-country skiing route and are seasonally closed. Please check your local listings.
