Trail Overview

This section of Swami is an easy single track that connects to the staging area off of Indian Spring Road. It starts after about a mile of Swami Part 1, as the trail is getting easier and the rock obstacles are ending. It descends from the rim of the hillside from part 1 and crosses a power line road and continues back to the staging area. The trail has a few flat rock slab sections that are not difficult and does have some tight turns in the sagebrush. It's signed well at every intersection. This is a fun warm-up by the staging area, or will likely be used as the start of your day ride as it is one of the first trails accessed from the staging area. Overall this part of Swami is easier than Part 1.

Access Description

The South Hills Single Track Trails near Twin Falls, Idaho are accessed off of Indian Spring Road with several staging areas and camping spots on BLM land. The trail system has over 40 miles of motorized trails varying in difficulty that can all be ridden over the course of a day or two, varying from fast sage brush single track to more difficult rock crawling. This area will be very hot in the summer, so is best in spring and fall. You'll likely see mountain bikers on these shared use trails.
