Trail Overview
Small Road is a single-lane 2-track starting out with soft sand. The trail turns to a firmer surface of sand mixed dirt with overgrowth, bumpy with some muddy spots/holes with water. This area is covered by the Grayling Forest Management Unit. This trail can be run in either direction. Plan on seeing wildlife in the area throughout your travels. The trail was mostly made up of pines and hardwood and you could see logging in this area. Remember to stay on the trails and follow the tread lightly principles.
