Trail Overview
This route picks up from the Divide Cutoff road and connects to HS 3000. There are several offshoots (many appear to be overgrown) from this section if one is willing to explore and spend a day driving around. Lots of old growth in this area does limit views of the valley below. This is a popular area for woodcutters so please drive with caution. This track passes through CS&KT Tribal Lands. All recreational activities on tribal-owned lands require a non-member person over the age of 11 to purchase a Tribal Conservation Permit. The website for information is http://csktnrd.org/fwrc/recreation. Always double-check for any restrictions while recreating on CSKT Tribal Lands.

Difficulty
Expect dirt, rocks, and gravel. Some areas do present water crossings and mud pits with ruts. There are some gentle grades. The road is wide enough in most areas if vehicles need to pass each other. Depending on the time of year, this route can accommodate most motorized vehicles but is not maintained during snowy winter months.
