Trail Overview
The trail starts easy and flat. Be on the lookout for downed trees and rock slides or boulders in the trail. It gets more difficult the further back you go. Mud holes and springs run across the trail in a few places. There are a few dispersed camping spots along the way. Be on the lookout for firewood collection trucks parked in blind corners. The trail ends at a nice camping spot with a view of the treed valleys. 2 bars LTE in and out along the way. Saw a herd of elk. No winter maintenance
