Trail Overview
Baudino Ranch Road North is a 2.5-mile point-to-point dirt and sand wash trail that leads from the Baudino Ranch to Revenue Basin Road in the north. The trail is rated 3 of 10 due to the potential for deep sand and washouts within the wash. The southern end of this trail is at the Baudino Ranch stone ranch house which was built in the late 19th Century. The remains of several other structures remain in the vicinity including what may have been an old cold storage building. The remains of several newer buildings built in the early 1900s also remain in piles of lumber in the area. Care should be taken when exploring the area as there are exposed nails in this lumber. The remains of what may have been an old well are located across the trail from the ranch house above the bank of Quartz Creek. Located at the westernmost end of the Wah Wah Valley and south of Revenue Basin, this area is very remote with no services of any type. The nearest community is Milford 35 miles to the east.
