Trail Overview

Toquerville Falls is a fairly easy trail that is marked by an amazing set of waterfalls on La Verkin Creek. It begins in the town of Toquerville, just north of St. George. The road is rutted in parts, and it crosses directly over the creek, so this trail isn't advisable after heavy rains. Stop at the falls and enjoy a swim in the cool water for a refreshing escape from the heat in the summer.

The locals were saying it was once a 3/10 but definitely not now. The first half of the trail was extremely rocky and rough with some moderate step-ups. you can do it without 4low but you need some good clearance and proper tires.

Midday ran into a 3 jeep party going up. One other vehicle at the falls. One coming up when we returned. Trail is fun with some navigable ruts and a few 18" ledges. My moddest setup ran thru. No locker needed. Trail is definitely NOT an easy 2/10 right now. Watched 2 stock 4wd turn around. 4/10 because of the multiple sharp rock ledges and high clearance needed. Water 1-2 ' deep at falls. Rained some night before.

Very rutted and uneven, definitely not a beginner trail as recommended. I bottomed out a few times on two drops.
