Trail Overview
Paralleling Twisp River Road, FR 4420 is an easy connecting trail that will take you past the Eagle Creek Trailhead turnoff, Twisp River Trailhead, and Twisp River Sno Park. There is a posted warning sign: "Entering Burned Area. Increased risk of flooding, fallen trees, rocks, and debris flow." At one point in the trail, there is definitely evidence of the road being washed out at some point, as noted by the long sandy section and repair work. Otherwise, the trail is 2WD friendly with nothing of difficulty to note. The area is unmaintained (closed) in the winter and early spring months. No cell service.
