Trail Overview
Rich with great classic western scenery with plenty of areas to camp. While driving through it feels like you are in an old west movie. We had to play "Ecstasy of Gold" on the radio as we drove through so that our background music could match the scenery. Plenty of prairie wildlife to see along the way as well; antelope, golden eagles, coyotes, and endless parried dog towns. Although this is not an overly challenging route, you will not be disappointed with the scenery.

Difficulty
Overall this is an easy trail 2-3 but when water is present in the Cheyenne River and the low areas this trail could have some deep water crossings.
