Trail Overview

Toppings Lake Trail is a fun short loop of 7 miles that will require a high-clearance 4x4 with aired-down tires. The Brush Creek 30315 is the narrowest, most technical portion that may cause some pinstriping on a full-size vehicle, but most narrow sections can be negotiated carefully. It is recommended to start the route from the Spread Creek dispersed camping side to allow incredible views descending upon Toppings Lake 30310 of the Grand Tetons. This route has accessible dispersed camping from either the Spread Creek side or Toppings Lake.
