Trail Overview
FS191c is a wide and easy gravel road that accesses this section of the Coconino National Forest. This trail is frequented by hunters and locals and provides easy access to the forest. There are no obstacles along this trail. The cell service in the area is spotty, so it's recommended you utilize offline maps as there are several side trail that lead to different sections of the forest. There are some puddles and mud spots along this trail as this area is widely shaped by the monsoons and moisture events that visit these mountains. There is a lot of space for camping along this trail, and the spots are wide and flat with some large enough to accommodate up to 5th wheel trailers. This section of forest is populated by Ponderosa Pine trees, and you might see elk, antelope, and deer along this trail, as well as other wildlife.
